Mark Payne

Mark Payne currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at AVI-SPL since July 2022. Prior to this role, Mark held various finance leadership positions at Johnson Controls from June 1997 to July 2022, including VP Finance & CFO of a $9 billion business unit. Notably, Mark played a critical role in the Tyco merger, facilitating pre-merger due diligence and identifying nearly $1 billion in integration savings. Mark's extensive experience includes multiple vice president roles across different regions and functions, as well as positions in finance and internal audit. Mark began their career as an Audit Associate at PriceWaterhouse after obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA from Marquette University.
