Michelle Polintan

Michelle Polintan is an experienced technical support professional with a diverse background in telecommunications and technology. Currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at AVI-SPL since September 2017, Michelle previously held roles such as VNOC TAC Technician and Tier 2 Support at Glowpoint, Inc. from November 2012 to September 2017, as well as Tier 2 Support at Affinity VideoNet between March 2009 and November 2012. Michelle’s career began at IBM from June 2007 to February 2009 as an Amtrak Account Specialist. Educational qualifications include a degree in Evolutionary Biology and Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder, complemented by studies at the University of Otago and St. Scholastica Academy.
