Under Palin's guidance, the EXPD practice has evolved into a fast-growing digital consultancy, delivering award-winning campaigns and client advisory services. Prior roles include Digital Stream Leader at Ernst & Young India, where responsibilities encompassed digital transformation and strategy, and Digital Strategist at Genesis BCW, focusing on digital marketing initiatives and team training. Additional experience includes managing social media and creative content at Weber Shandwick and various client servicing roles at Lexicon PR and Perfect Relations. Palin holds multiple advanced diplomas in innovation, digital strategy, marketing, and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Delhi University.
