Valeria Bayeva is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial management and analysis. Currently serving as a Financial Controller at Aviasales / Jetradar since February 2014, Valeria has previously held significant roles at INFRA Engineering as Financial Controller and interim deputy of the Head of Finance Department, and as a Financial Analyst at Rosinka International Group. Valeria's expertise includes budget development, key performance indicators (KPIs) management, and financial reporting preparation in accordance with IFRS. With prior experience as a Financial Consultant at FCG and an Auditor at KPMG, Valeria has demonstrated exceptional performance throughout her career, managing audit teams, conducting financial transformations, and supporting IPO preparations. Valeria holds a Specialist’s degree in Accounting & Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Zhitomir State Agro-ecological University and Zhitomir State Technological University, respectively.
