Mo Dalloul

With a background focused in public health and high-end hospitality, Mohammad “Mo” Dalloul embodies Avicado’s ethos of extending exemplay customer service to their partners above all else. Incredibly driven with an infectious can-do attitude, Mo brings his upbeat energy, attention to detail and talent for multitasking to every new project or partnership. Prior to joining Avicado as an analyst, Mo enjoyed a successful tenure as Food and Beverage Manager at the Hilton Denver City Center, where he ensured all departments worked in cohesion to create the best possible experience for guests while improving the hotel’s level of service profitability.

In addition to his authenticity and interpersonal skills, Mo’s ability to seamlessly coordinate people, equipment, materials, money and schedules at all levels to complete projects on time and on budget makes him an invaluable asset on any team.

Mo earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Florida. He is a licensed Emergency Medical Technician and fluent in Arabic. In his free time, find Mo hanging with his fiance and two mini Aussie puppies and exploring Denver, Colorado.
