Our company was originally founded as Acre Coffee in historic Petaluma, California in 2011. Over the years, we've expanded further in our Sonoma County neighborhoods, opening stores in Sebastopol and Santa Rosa. 

In 2021, under new ownership, our name changed to Avid Coffee. We believe this name speaks to the passion we have for what we do: create and serve quality coffee, food, and hospitality.

We work exclusively with coffee growers who support sustainable farming and business practices, and our expertly roasted coffee has been awarded ‘Best In Sonoma County’ five years in a row. Our 3 cafes offer full breakfast and lunch menus, and our coffee subscriptions are available nationwide.
