Manu Sood is a technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and operations leadership across diverse industries. Currently serving as Senior VP of Technology - Platform Delivery and Operations at AvidXchange, Inc., Manu previously held significant roles including Head of Engineering at Varo Bank, where initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion were co-founded and advanced. Experience also includes Director of Engineering at Western Governors University, focusing on business applications and systems, and Manager of Software Engineering at Rio Tinto, where cloud migration and application development were pivotal. Prior roles at GE Healthcare and Tata Consultancy Services involved software engineering and solutions management, while early career experiences include engineering roles at Havells India Ltd.
