Melissa Spitzer-Johnson is the VP of Operations where she is responsible for ensuring that all services and operations related to the media vertical are delivered in-line with customer expectations.
Melissa was also a key driver in the successful launch and growth of the ePay program at AnchorOps before its acquisition by FastPay in 2017. Prior to joining AnchorOps, Melissa worked at a media agency for several years handling the company’s operational strategies and optimizing their business procedures. Additionally, she has a background in wholesale operations and graphic/web design.
Melissa earned her bachelor’s degree from Springfield College. Along with her wonderful husband Steve, she lives a crazy life outside of work managing a household of four boys and two dogs.
