Rick Weir

Rick Weir serves as the Senior Vice President of Marketing at AvidXchange, Inc. since January 2022, with prior experience as the Chief Marketing Officer at FastPay from July 2018 to April 2023. FastPay, a financial technology company, has facilitated over $7 billion in capital solutions within the media finance landscape. Rick's earlier roles include Vice President of Marketing as an Independent Consultant, Senior Director of B2B Marketing at Yahoo! Inc., and various marketing positions at ARAMARK, GE Global Exchange Services, High Tech Brokers International, KOTRA, and the U.S. Department of Commerce. Rick holds a MA in International Affairs with a focus on Economic Policy from American University and a BA in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from the University of California, Riverside.
