Van O'Neill

Van O'Neill currently serves as VP of Operations Risk Management and Treasury Services at AvidXchange, Inc. since May 2022. O'Neill has extensive experience in strategic leadership at TIAA, where roles included Senior Vice President, Head of Strategic Initiatives and Integration, and Vice President, Chief of Staff for Individual Products and Services. In these positions, O'Neill was instrumental in integrating TIAA Bank and Ever Bank, directing strategic planning across various financial segments, and overseeing operational efforts to enhance business continuity. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Payments and Operations at TIAA and roles at Ernst & Young and Wachovia, where O'Neill focused on process improvements and strategic initiatives during significant organizational transitions. O'Neill earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Queens University of Charlotte.
