Tomasz Peplinski

Tomasz Peplinski currently serves as the Senior Continuous Improvement Manager for EMEA at Avient Corporation, a position held since March 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing two sites in Poland. Previously, Tomasz held various managerial roles at Flex Films Europa sp. z o.o. from January 2012 to March 2016, including Black Belt Plant Manager and Production Manager. Additional experience includes working as a Technical Consultant for Biaxially Oriented Films from January 2008 to January 2012 and serving as Production Manager at TB Opakowania from January 2004 to May 2008. Tomasz Peplinski earned a degree from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu between 1990 and 1995.
