Louis Maes

Louis Maes serves as the CEO Office at AviLease since June 2022, contributing to the firm's rapid growth into a top-20 global aircraft lessor with a significant portfolio of around 180 aircraft valued at approximately $6 billion. Prior to this role, Louis worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company from March 2020 to December 2022, where expertise in management consulting was applied across various industries, including aviation and pharmaceuticals, in multiple regions. Additionally, Louis led the aerospace engineering student association, EUROAVIA Leuven-Brussels, from May 2017 to August 2019, enhancing corporate sponsorships and organizing educational events for engineering students. Louis holds degrees from KU Leuven, where studies were undertaken from 2014 to 2019.
