Dan Peate

Dan Peate is the Founder and CEO of Avinew, a position they have held since the company's inception in 2016. Prior to Avinew, Peate was with Hixme, a company they founded in 2014 and served as CEO until 2016. Prior to Hixme, Peate was with Peate Ventures, LLC from 2010 to 2014. From 2005 to 2009, Peate worked as the Managing Director of Gallagher Equity Advisors for Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. From 2001 to 2005, Peate worked as an Assistant Vice President for Aon.
