Eric Swanson

Eric Swanson, CRE, is a Principal and Senior Vice President of Project Management and Development Services at Avison Young since October 2017, leading a team that provides comprehensive project management solutions for real estate clients. Previously, Eric held the position of Partner at Treadwell Franklin Infrastructure Capital from January 2016 to January 2018, focusing on developing Public Private Partnerships in the northeast US. Eric served as Director of Real Estate Investments at Odebrecht USA from May 2013 to December 2015, where responsibilities included building a development platform for the US market. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Vice President at Flagler, President of the Land Division at The Broe Group, Senior Vice President at LandBank, and Vice President at Codina Group. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing the degree between 1974 and 1978.
