Deirdre Rudden is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of the HR Strategy Unit at the Department of Public Expenditure NDP Delivery & Reform since July 2024, while also holding the position of Human Resources Director at Avista since November 2018. Deirdre has extensive HR management experience from previous roles including HR Director at Peamount Healthcare and HR Manager at St Luke's Radiation Oncology Network. With a solid foundation in HR strategy, investigations, recruitment, and policy implementation, Deirdre has effectively led HR departments in various organizations. Deirdre's academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and a CIPD Diploma in HRM from the National College of Ireland, complemented by a BA in English & Anthropology from Maynooth University.
