Brody Leidecker

Brody Leidecker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in construction and project management. Currently serving as the Human & Organizational Performance Program Manager at Avista since September 2017, Brody has also held multiple roles within the company, including Customer Project Coordinator GFRP and Construction Service Tech. Prior to this, Brody owned and operated Brody Leidecker Construction from June 2013 to September 2017, managing contracts, supervising bid proposals, and overseeing various construction installations and repairs. Additionally, Brody worked at Brotherton Pipeline Inc from September 2008 to June 2014, where roles included Licensing Manager and Directional Drilling Technician, with responsibilities encompassing surveying, conceptualizing bore paths, and obtaining contractor licenses. Brody holds a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management and Supervision from the Oregon Institute of Technology, completed in 2017.
