Carson Ware

Carson Ware is an Entry Engineer at Avista since June 2023, previously holding the position of Engineering Intern at Whipple Consulting Engineers from June 2022 to September 2022, where cost estimates were built using AutoCAD Civil 3D and research was conducted for State Environmental Protection Agency Applications. Carson has substantial experience as a Commercial Diver, having worked with Associated Underwater Services, Inc. from February 2016 to June 2022, completing over 100 marine construction projects and providing emergency response services. Prior roles include working as a Commercial Diver with C-Dive, LLC, decommissioning oil platforms and conducting inspections, and serving as a Lead Tender at Ranger Offshore, Inc., managing personnel and deck operations. Carson obtained an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Spokane Falls Community College in June 2022 and is currently pursuing further education at Eastern Washington University, expected to graduate in June 2024.
