Gerardo Alvarado

Gerardo Alvarado is an experienced professional with a background in organizational change management and project coordination within the gas industry. Currently serving as an Organizational Change Management Specialist at Avista since June 2018, Gerardo previously held the role of Gas Customer Project Coordinator, where responsibilities included coordinating the installation and maintenance of natural gas distribution facilities and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with gas standards. Prior experience includes administrative roles with Volt and Sodexo, where Gerardo managed teams and enhanced operational efficiency, as well as positions focused on customer service and office administration at law firms and in retail.
