Matt Reding

Matt Reding is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Portfolio Manager Lead for Energy Delivery and Energy Resources at Avista since November 2011. In this role, Matt oversees the IT portfolio management for technology projects, leading four project portfolios with an annual budget of $15-20 million. Notable achievements include the successful completion of a $35 million Land Mobile Radio System initiative in 2017 and an expense reduction initiative resulting in $400,000 annual savings. Matt has also played a key role in training and mentoring project management teams and facilitating enterprise-wide training on project management methodologies. Prior to Avista, Matt held various positions including IT Program Manager at HP Enterprise Services and Technology Specialist at OneCall, with a strong educational background comprising an MBA and a Bachelor's in Business Administration - MIS from Gonzaga University.
