Scott Baker

Scott Baker has extensive experience in cybersecurity and security operations, currently serving as the Manager of Cyber Security Defense and Response at Avista since February 2013, after holding the position of Security Operations Manager. Prior experience includes a role in Security Operations at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from June 2012 to February 2013 and a decade at Sterling Savings Bank, where responsibilities included Senior Security Engineer and Network System Specialist. Scott Baker holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Management Information Systems and Marketing from Eastern Washington University, completed between 1996 and 2002.
