Lynda Nolan

Lynda Nolan is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience at Aviva since March 2001, where responsibilities have included leading the Aviva/Friends First Integration Programme and overseeing significant migration projects. Lynda has also served as a Scrum Master, successfully implementing Agile methodologies on time-sensitive projects, and acted as a Business Analyst and Test Lead focusing on regulatory change projects. Formerly, Lynda held leadership roles regarding business systems and dealt with financial irregularities in legacy systems. Prior experiences include positions at Bank of Ireland Life as a New Business Administrator and at Allianz as a Customer Sales Representative. Lynda holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business from University College Dublin and a BA in Geography with Sociology from Trinity College Dublin.
