Beaula Prashanth, PMP, LSSGB, has extensive experience in process management and quality assurance within the aerospace sector, currently serving as Senior Manager Process & Quality at Aviya Aerospace Systems since September 2005. Prior roles at Aviya include Manager Process & Quality and Project Engineer. Additionally, Beaula has been deeply involved in the PMI Lakeshore Ontario Chapter since 2006, holding various volunteer leadership positions including Director Outreach & Secretary, President, and Board Chair/Past President. Earlier experience includes roles such as Assistant Project Manager at Cyient in India and Manager Designs at the National Ship Design & Research Centre. Beaula holds a B.Tech in Naval Architecture & Ship Building from Cochin University and a certification in Foundations of Business Process Management from the University of Toronto.
