Shveta Raina has extensive experience in corporate communications and people strategy. Shveta started their career in 2008 at Max Life Insurance Company Limited as an Associate in Internal Communications, where they communicated organization-wide initiatives and developed employee communication materials. Shveta then joined Escorts Limited as an Assistant Manager in Corporate Communications, where they were responsible for employee engagement initiatives and website content development. Shveta later worked at Anand Group India as a Manager and Assistant Manager in Corporate Communications, handling brand building, PR, CSR, and event management for 19 group companies. Shveta then moved on to AVIZVA, where they held various roles including Manager, Senior Manager, Director, and currently Associate Vice President in Communications and People Strategy. At AVIZVA, Shveta focused on strategic communication, talent engagement, change communication, and brand ambassadorship for the organization across India and the US.

From 1991 to 2003, Shveta studied at St. John's school, focusing on Business/Commerce, General.
In 2003, they enrolled in Delhi University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in English Hons. until 2006.
Following their undergraduate studies, from 2007 to 2008, Shveta attended Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan-Delhi Kendra, where they obtained a Post Graduation in Public Relations.
In 2008 and 2009, they continued their education at Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan-Delhi Kendra, completing a Masters in Mass Communication.
In 2013, Shveta attended the Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi, where they obtained a Certification in Marketing Management.
