Hai Yehezkel has a diverse range of work experience in finance and auditing. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Senior Auditor at EY. After that, Hai worked as a Finance Controller Assistant at Ashdar Building Company from 2011 to 2012, where they were responsible for financial statements and budgets. Hai then joined Paradigm Geophysical Ltd as a Finance Controller Assistant from 2012 to 2014, where they managed financial statements and revenue recognition. From 2015 to 2017, Hai served as the CFO at NOX Group Israel, overseeing the finance department of 10 companies and managing budgeting and business analytics. Currently, they are the CFO at AVNON Group HLS, leading the company's operational and commercial strategy, capital raising efforts, and managing debt.
Hai Yehezkel attended Ono Academic College from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management & Accounting. Hai then pursued further education at Ono Academic College from 2010 to 2011 and obtained an MBA with a specialization in Finance & Capital Markets. In 2019, Hai Yehezkel enrolled in a program at Tel Aviv University focused on Directors and Senior Executives, which is ongoing.
