Celina Hagen

Celina Hagen is an experienced manager and consultant specializing in digital transformation initiatives, currently working at Avo Consulting since August 2018. In this role, Celina leads strategy and product development projects in the retail and consumer goods sectors, emphasizing digital solutions that enhance business efficiency and customer experience. Previous positions include senior and general consultancy roles at Avo, where Celina focused on digital product development and automation tools like Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Additional experience includes customer relationship management at FlowMotion Technologies and various roles in recruitment and mentoring at NTNU, alongside co-founding Bedrock Norway to improve foundation assessment processes in construction. Celina holds a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from NTNU and two Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration and Management from the University of Oklahoma and the American College of Norway.
