Debbie Carlitz is an accomplished attorney and business leader with extensive experience in both legal practice and entrepreneurship. As President and CEO of Chiromatic since November 2008, Debbie has developed a unique clinical system that integrates science and luxury to alleviate back and neck pain through improved sleep. In 2010, Debbie founded Sportsmattress, LLC, where operations for a mattress line aimed at athletes are managed, focusing on marketing, product development, and sales. Additionally, Debbie has been a founding partner and board member at Avocado Green Brands since 2016. Prior legal roles include serving as a civil litigation attorney for crime victims and personal injury at the Law Offices of Debbie Carlitz and Carlitz and Eisenberg, LLC, along with earlier positions in personal injury defense and family law. Debbie holds a JD in Trial Advocacy from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware.
