Chad Smith

Chad Smith is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in infrastructure and systems engineering. Currently serving as an Infrastructure Analyst at Avon Protection Systems since August 2020, Chad supports global SDWAN infrastructure. Prior to this role, Chad worked at Cisco Systems as a Systems Engineer from November 2012 to August 2020, providing head-end support for the SPVTG group. Chad's career includes a position as a Professional Services Engineer at Tone Software, where support was provided for Military and Aerospace clients implementing VoIP monitoring solutions. Additionally, Chad served as a Senior Systems Administrator at WaMu/JP Morgan Chase, focusing on retail banking and home loans, and was a Systems Administrator at Verifone/Hewlett-Packard, managing enterprise data center operations.
