Deborah Z. Elliott

Deborah Z. Elliott serves as the Proposal Manager at Avon Protection Systems, where involvement in the military business development group focuses on enhancing the company’s relationships with the US Department of Defense, the UK Ministry of Defense, and other international military clients. Since joining Avon in October 2017, leadership skills and expertise in proposal development have contributed to the creation of successful submissions. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate on the Strategy & Organization team at Booz Allen Hamilton from April 1997 to August 2012 and working as Technical Staff in Quality Assurance at EAI Corporation (now part of Leidos) from May 1995 to April 1997. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Notre Dame of Maryland University, with additional studies at the University of Chicago and LIU Post.
