Robert Midgley is an experienced professional with a strong background in continuous improvement and manufacturing processes. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Leader at Avon Protection since September 2019, Robert leads the transformation of business operations through Lean and Kaizen methodologies, optimizing workflows and enhancing competitiveness. Prior to this role, Robert accumulated extensive experience at Honda of the UK Manufacturing Ltd. from 1998 to 2019, where positions included Assembly Technician, Vehicle Repair Technician, Vehicle Quality Lead, Manufacturing Process Engineer, New Technology Project Manager, and Process Engineering Manager. Throughout this tenure, Robert effectively managed teams, implemented new technologies, conducted process improvements, and ensured quality standards were met across various manufacturing and assembly operations.
