Stephen Millington

Stephen Millington serves as the Chief Scientist at Avon Protection since January 2011, leading the Materials Innovation team in polymer materials testing, development, and consultancy. Previous experience includes a role as Development Scientist at ARTIS, and board member positions with IOM3 Elastomer Group and IOM3 Adhesion & Adhesives Group, where Stephen also held roles as Chair and Vice Chairman. A career at QinetiQ spanned from February 1994 to April 2008, where responsibilities included Senior Technical Consultant and Technology Leader in polymers and adhesives. Prior experience includes significant roles at the UK Ministry of Defence and educational foundations in Applied Chemistry from Kingston University.
