CFO at Avports

Mr. Ungerleider has management responsibility for financial and accounting functions within Avports. His duties include oversight of financial reporting, budgeting, contract administration, accounts receivable, company tax preparation, lender and state compliance, payroll, retirement plan management, arranging for payment of all company obligations and ensuring working capital for Avports. Mr. Ungerleider also arranges for permanent financing, lines of credit and investments as well as maintaining Avports’ relationships with its lending institutions and its numerous investors and partners. In addition, Mr. Ungerleider is Executive Vice President & CFO for Aviation Facilities Company, Inc., (AFCO) which he joined in 1997.

Prior to joining AFCO, Mr. Ungerleider was Controller for Tomco Systems, a provider of information technology services to the federal government and private customers. He also worked for many years with WEST*GROUP, a Virginia-based full-service real estate development firm, where his responsibilities included accounting and financial reporting. Mr. Ungerleider also has significant experience in the field of management consulting.

Mr. Ungerleider holds a Bachelor of Arts from James Madison University and a Master of Business Administration from George Mason University.

Founded in 1927 as a division of Pan Am Airlines, Avports is America’s most experienced and trusted airport manager and operator - the US-based and US-owned airport operator and wholly-owned by West Street Infrastructure Partners III, a family of infrastructure investment funds managed by the merchant banking business of Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC. Avports has historically managed and operated a portfolio of airport O&M and P3/PPP contracts at more than 30 US airports. These airports have been diverse in their operations and have included commercial and general aviation airports, passenger terminals, military bases / joint-use airports, heliports, NASA facilities / spaceports.
