Lucas Fox is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in founding and leading innovative companies. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Avra since August 2023, Lucas plays a crucial role in a batch-based accelerator program and a $350M fund focused on Series B investments. Prior to this, as Co-Founder and Chairman of Grupo Dadivar since January 2017, Lucas has been involved in a non-profit organization developing impactful community experiences. Lucas also led Brex's Startup Business as General Manager from September 2018 to August 2023, where oversight included approximately 50% of the company's P&L and a large engineering and operational team. Previous roles include collaborating with top VCs on talent acquisition and early-stage investments at Human Capital and serving as Co-Founder and CEO of iDO Goods & Services, which created a platform for developing peer-to-peer marketplace applications.
