Joe Constante is an accomplished Senior Test Engineer with extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance, currently employed at Avtec Inc. since 2013. Prior to this role, Joe held various managerial and engineering positions at EMC from 1999 to 2013, including Manager System Management System Test, where responsibilities included leading a seven-member team and managing quality metrics, as well as architectural oversight for NAS API testing and user interface verification. Joe’s career began at NCR from 1980 to 1999, where contributions included architecting test plans for customer interaction systems and leading integration test efforts. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from West Virginia University.
