Elena Ranzato

Elena Ranzato is the Head of Marketing at AW LAB since November 2022, overseeing marketing strategies for over 260 stores across Italy, Spain, and Portugal and managing a team of 11. Prior to this role, Elena served as the PR&Communication Associate Director at Safilo from April 2014 to November 2022, where responsibilities included communication strategy formulation for licensed eyewear brands and team management across Italy and 30 countries. Earlier experiences include positions at Diesel, 55DSL, LIU JO, and other companies, emphasizing expertise in public relations, communication strategy, and team leadership. Elena holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia and a Bachelor's degree in Consumi e Pubblicità from IULM University.
