Kevin Labrum is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in the technology and service sectors. Currently serving as Group Product Manager at Awardco since September 2021, Kevin previously held roles as Product Manager at Aptive Environmental and Clearlink, where significant contributions included managing a Medicare Sales and Service platform that generated over $37 million in revenue and implementing a new call priority software that increased conversion rates. Prior to product management, Kevin was a System Analyst at O.C. Tanner, where projects improved customer service through enhanced data integrity. Kevin's career began with roles in sales and operations at Vivint, Sears, and other organizations, showcasing a diverse skill set in sales management, customer service, and operational efficiency. Kevin holds a degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University and an Associate's degree from Snow College.
