Sarah Morgan, CDR has been in the recruitment and staffing industry since 2008. Sarah began their career as a Bartender/Server at Waters Edge Restaurant. In 2011, they joined Kimball Midwest as a Sales Recruiter and Project Coordinator. In 2015, they moved to Sarnova as a Corporate Recruiter. In 2016, they joined The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Corporate Recruiter. In 2021, they joined Conagra Brands as a Senior Corporate Recruiter and Aware as a Senior Corporate Recruiter & People Operations.
CDR Sarah Morgan attended Upper Arlington High School from 1999 to 2003, where they completed their general studies. Sarah then went on to earn their BA of Arts in Sociology from Western Kentucky University between 2003 and 2007.
