Rowan Healey has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Rowan started their career in 2002 as the Head of Sport/Teacher at the NSW Department of Education and Communities, where they worked for nine years. Rowan then transitioned into the financial planning sector and joined the National Australia Bank in 2011 as a Financial Planner. During their time there, they provided holistic advice to members and their families, mentored new Financial Planners, and led the Sydney CBD team in the manager's absence.

Rowan also opened a new growth office to service and expand the member base.
