Currently serving as Corporate Controller for Aware, Inc. since May 2020, David has held previous notable roles including VP & Corporate Controller at SeaChange International and VP of Finance and CFO at Artel Video Systems. David's expertise encompasses financial planning, accounting, tax, and treasury functions, alongside significant achievements in company transformations, acquisitions, and compliance, highlighted by successful transitions to public company status and stringent Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
