Randall Elie

Randall (Bailey) Elie is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in CRM and retention marketing, currently serving as Associate Director of CRM/Retention Marketing at Awe Inspired since March 2025. Randall founded Rubix Tech AI in January 2024 and previously held the position of Senior Manager, Retention Marketing at Faherty Brand from September 2023 to February 2025. As a Founding Partner at Ethos Beauty LA, Randall focused on empowering BIPOC and women-led brands through community support and educational resources.
