Amanda Walker

Amanda Walker is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer solutions and education. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Solutions Specialist at AWeber since May 2016, Amanda focuses on educating customers on email marketing, troubleshooting platform issues, and providing comprehensive support through various communication channels. As a freelance photographer since October 2011, Amanda specializes in portrait, wedding, and event photography while also managing social media marketing and customer service. Previous roles include teaching drama at Stages Academy, leading educational programs at The Franklin Institute and Please Touch Museum, and engaging with guests at Walt Disney World and the Philadelphia Zoo.
