Kirill Bgashev is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and execution across various high-profile developments. Currently serving as Senior Construction Director at Ascend Wellness Holdings since October 2022, Bgashev previously held key positions, including Project Executive at Christopher Glass & Aluminum, Inc. and Project Director for Rizzani de Eccher, where Bgashev oversaw the $450M Dynamo Arena Park project. With a track record of managing large-scale constructions, including the $700M Bolshoi Theater reconstruction and multiple landmark residential projects, Bgashev possesses significant expertise in both design and construction management. A graduate of the Moscow Architectural Institute with a focus on architecture and town planning, Bgashev’s career spans various prominent firms in the construction industry.
