Abby Swett is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in membership management, event coordination, and communications. Currently serving as the Senior Membership and Components Manager at the Association for Women in Science, Abby oversees a substantial database of over 6,000 members and partners, leads the Chapter Advisory Committee, and supports local chapters. In parallel, Abby holds the role of Director of Wedding Day Operations for Rivion Films and Monachetti Films, successfully managing over 175 weddings annually. Previous roles have included Chapter Relations Manager for the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors - National Association, Director of Communications for Conveyance Marketing Group, and Member Relations Manager at the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce. Abby is a graduate of Roger Williams University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
