Debbie Riazzi has a strong background in human resources and employee relations. Debbie started their career in 1994 as an Assistant Store Manager at PharMor, Inc. From there, they worked as a Human Resource Manager at Giant Eagle, Inc. for five years before joining Avi Food Systems Inc. in 2008 as an Employee Relations Specialist. In this role, Debbie specialized in employee relations investigations, unemployment compensation management, and leadership development training. Debbie also had expertise in compliance and policy management and was skilled in handling employee complaints in an unbiased and fair manner. In 2015, Debbie became the Director of Compliance, Labor, and Employee Relations at AWP Safety. Overall, they have demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities throughout their career.
