Ron Childress currently serves as Chairman of the Board for RESA Power and ENTRUST Solutions Group, as well as Chairman of the Board for CLEAResult. Additional board roles include membership on the boards of USIC and Area Wide Protective (AWP), where Ron also holds the position of Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Ron serves as Operating Partner - Infrastructure at Kohlberg & Company. Previously, Ron was interim CEO at USIC and held several leadership positions at Osmose from 1986 to 2020, including President and CEO. Notable accomplishments include the successful sale of IMCORP and irth Solutions during tenures on their boards. Ron completed an Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School in 2014.
