Prior to that, Tammy worked as a Principal at Collaborative Consulting Solutions, LLC, where they specialized in supply chain operations and change management strategies. Tammy also served as the Vice President of Operations at Modern Transportation, directing day-to-day operations and driving organic growth through new service options. Tammy's experience also includes roles such as Senior Director of Linehaul Operations at YRC North American Transportation and Director of Linehaul Operations at Roadway Express, where they demonstrated strategic leadership, improved operational efficiencies, and reduced costs.
