Heather Smith currently serves as the CEO of AXA Health, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Smith was the Managing Director of Retail at Allianz Insurance from January 2021 to January 2024. Smith's extensive experience includes roles such as Managing Director Retail, Chief Customer Officer, and Digital Transformation Director at LV= from August 2016 to September 2023, and Marketing Director at Aviva from March 2010 to August 2016, where responsibilities included brand marketing and corporate sponsorships. Earlier in Smith's career, significant contributions were made at Norwich Union, where leadership encompassed sales and marketing for general insurance and healthcare products. Smith holds a degree in Business Economics with a focus on economics and marketing from the University of the West of Scotland.
