Chief Actuary at AXA Hong Kong and Macau

Iris Lau has a diverse work experience in the insurance and consulting industry. Iris started their career in 2004 as a Consultant/Analyst at Deloitte, where they worked until 2007. Iris then joined The Prudential Assurance Co. Ltd. as an Assistant Actuary from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, Iris joined AXA Hong Kong and Macau as an Actuary and held this role until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Health and Employee Benefits Business Finance Director at AXA. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Value Management Director until 2021 when they became the Deputy Chief Actuary. Currently, Iris holds the position of Chief Actuary at AXA Hong Kong and Macau.

Iris Lau holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Actuarial Science from The University of Hong Kong.
