Houssam Mansi

Houssam has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the MENA region from top local and regional pharmaceutical companies. Houssam started his career as a Production Engineer at HTMCO Jordan and then as an Industrial Affaires Director at PHARMALLIANCE Algeria followed by becoming Corporate Executive Operations Director at Axantia. Houssam holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Jordan University of Science and Technology, Jordan, and a Master's degree in Validation in Pharmaceutical Technology, Dublin Institute of Technology, UK. He possesses great and rich experience in Quality, Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain. In Addition, Houssam has a record of success in designing and project management of a state of art El KENDIAlgeria extension plant. Houssam directed the technical operations team to help to improve the manufacturing sites, improve quality and productivity, control costs, develop people, and ensure safety compliance. He will also carry out strategies implemented by Axantia's top management, put company policies into action and meet targets for overall plant performance.
