Jamie McCormick, SPHR, SHRM-CP has over 17 years of experience in human resources. They most recently served as the Head of Human Resources at Axcel Learning. Prior to that, Jamie worked as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at DJM Consulting, Inc. They also held the position of Global Director, People and Talent at Betterworks, where they were responsible for managing performance, engagement, compensation, and leadership development. Jamie has experience in overseeing HR teams, as seen in their role as a Human Resources Manager at Teledyne Technologies Incorporated. They have also worked as a Senior Human Resources Associate at Pricewaterhouse Coopers (Insight Global), supporting a team of IT consultants. Earlier in their career, Jamie held roles as a Human Resources Specialist at JVS - Jewish Vocational Service and as a Human Resources Coordinator and Intern at Fremont Bank.

Jamie McCormick, SPHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Master of Arts degree in International/Global Studies from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from San Francisco State University. Additionally, Jamie obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in July 2021 and the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in July 2019.
