Dwight Roh

Dwight Roh possesses extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Sr. Staff Scientist and Sr. Director at Axcelis Technologies since October 1997. In this role, Dwight leads a device and process integration team focused on enhancing collaborations with customer research and development organizations, addressing emerging challenges in integrated circuit fabrication, and developing innovative implant solutions. Previously, Dwight was the President of the New England Chapter of KSEA from July 2019 to June 2021 and worked as a Sr. Researcher at the Electronics Telecommunications and Research Institute from August 1994 to October 1997, specializing in quantum electronic devices and III-V compound semiconductor thin films. Academic credentials include a PhD and Master’s degree in Materials Science & Engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, and a BS in Metallurgical Engineering from Seoul National University.
